With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Saif Uddin Syed today leads SM Green globally as its Chairman. His business endevours and professional excellence have taken him around the world from the United States to South America, the Middle East, UAE, and Europe and the United Kingdom. Saif Uddin Syed’s final mission is to bring his learning and excellence to his home country, Pakistan, with the launch of ICON Garden, a flagship residential and commercial project of SM Green Group, and easily my most exciting and most challenging project of his career.

As a British born Pakistani having spent his whole life in the United Kingdom, Suleiman Nadeem considers it a privilege to be serving his my mother country. His professional experience ranges a business portfolio of retail, fashion, food, and the property and construction industry. Suleman’s mission is to help give back to his beloved country and his countrymen.

Mr. Kamran Malik is an MBA in finance with extensive experience in the real estate development and marketing sectors. Previously, he has been associated with Rawalpindi-Islamabad’s leading developers and has been a key player in the city scale developments. He has also been associated with the ARY media and has extensive experience in media communication and project. As the CEO at Icon Garden, he is spearheading the development and marketing of this iconic project.
